“I am ready: President Mnangagwa speaks
The President of Zimbabwe and the First Secretary of the ruling party ZANU PF has he is ready to lead the country for another tenure into the office.
He said this yesterday while addressing the attendees at the ongoing party’s 7th National Congress held at the Harare International Conference Centre(HICC).
This comes after the entire party board from the war veterans endorsed ED to be the sole candidate for the 2023 harmonised elections.
“ Let all rally behind our President because he is here to stay”, said the Vice President Chiwenga.
While adddressing the masses, the President said the party is one with a vision.
“ZANU PF is a party with a vision and purpose”.
“We have to welcome new members even those who would be coming from their parties to join ZANU”, added His Excellency.
This year’s theme for the congress is ‘Leaving no person or place behind’.
The event is being attended by international delegates, members of the church amongst others.
